Job summary

Women's Imaging Specialists is offering a paid Mammography Training Pathway across GA & AL. You will train hands-on, learn 2D/3D mammography, MQSA Protocols, and patient education with mentorship. Upon certification, you’ll transition into a Mammography Tech role in outpatient centers.

This full-time program pays during training with structured mentorship and a guaranteed job placement after certification, with a 2-year commitment and daytime hours only.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification and active state license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Full commitment to completing training + 2-year role commitment post-certification.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete hands-on clinical training with mammography tech mentors.
• Learn 2D/3D digital mammography, patient positioning, and MQSA protocols.
• Master patient education and compassionate care for screening and diagnostic exams.
• Prepare for ARRT (M) certification exam with full support.
• After certification, perform screening & diagnostic mammograms in outpatient settings.
• Educate patients on breast health and early detection.
• Work M-F, daytime hours with a predictable schedule.
