Cambridge Health Alliance is hiring a Mammography Technologist to join their dynamic team and provide high-quality imaging care. Responsibilities include performing routine and urgent Mammographic and Breast Ultrasound procedures independently. Candidates must have an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program graduation, Massachusetts license in Mammography, current ARRT certification, and BLS Certification. This position will serve multiple locations, ensuring accessible and equitable care throughout the community.

The Mammography Technologist is a crucial member of our dynamic, interdisciplinary team providing patients with the highest quality imaging care. The CHA Imaging Department provides advanced medical imaging services led by a team of board‑certified physicians, certified technologists and service‑oriented staff. We offer a full complement of imaging services, including a 128‑slice CT and a wide bore 1.5T MRI. We also offer interventional radiology services, diagnostic X‑ray, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. We are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR), which demonstrates our commitment to the safest and best quality care possible.

Job Purpose

• Performs routine and urgent Mammographic and Breast Ultrasound procedures on a daily basis for all sites.
• Must be capable of working independently, unsupervised, and in a fast‑paced setting.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• This position requires a wide range of technical knowledge and past performance of excellence in technical ability.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• Current Massachusetts state license in Mammography.
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• Certification in Breast Sonography imaging modality preferred; must be ARRT certified in Breast Sonography within one year of employment, if not already certified.
• Current AHA BLS Certification.
• This is a network position and may require assignments at multiple locations.
