Job summary

Akumin is hiring a Mammography Technologist or Mammography Technologist Trainee for our Danbury, CT facility (also Mount Kisco, NY). This full-time role includes on-the-job MRI training under a registered technologist.

Requirements include High School Diploma, ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS certification, state Radiologic Technologist license if applicable, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Certified by ARRT,NMTCB or ARDMS required.
• State issued Radiologic Technologist License if applicable.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen personnel before entering magnet room.
• Scan and document patients under supervision to meet requirements.
• Complete documentation for patient files per policy and Joint Commission.
• Perform other duties as needed.
