Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform 3D digital mammography in a patient-centered private practice in New York City. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging and timely results.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and collaboration with radiologists. MQSA/ACR compliance and continuing education are required to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• ARRT Registration R.T.(R) required.
• ARRT Certification in Mammography (M) required.
• State Radiation Control license (if applicable).
• Minimum two years of mammography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammograms and quality control procedures.
• Ensure proper functioning of mammography equipment and address malfunctions.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail during procedures.
• Communicate with radiologists regarding mammograms.
• Apply analytical skills to interpret mammographic images and verify patient information.
• Complete patient information requirements and paperwork.
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure timely exam interpretation.
• Manage medical records, including consents, billing, and supply monitoring.
• Ensure timely delivery of mammography results and escalate when needed.
• Support MQSA and ACR requirements compliance.
• Maintain continuing education requirements as mandated by MQSA.

The Mammography Technologist performs 3D digital mammography to assist in the diagnosis of disease in the OBGYN office. Must be able to work independently without supervision and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mammograms and quality control procedures.
• Ensure proper functioning of mammography equipment and address any malfunctions.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail during all procedures.
• Communicate with radiologists regarding mammograms
• Apply analytical skills to interpret mammographic images, assess quality, and verify patient information.
• Accurately complete all patient information requirements and necessary paperwork.
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure timely exam interpretation.
• Complete necessary medical records, including consents, billing, and supply monitoring.
• Ensure timely delivery of mammography results, escalating to management or a radiologist when results exceed standard turnaround times.
• Support the manager in maintaining MQSA and ACR requirements.
• Adhere to and maintain continuing education requirements mandated by MQSA.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or completion of an accredited Radiologic Sciences Program.
• ARRT Registration R.T.(R) Required.
• ARRT Certification in Mammography (M) Required.
• State Department of Radiation Control License (if applicable).
• Maintain registry status and continuing education.
