Radiology Forward is seeking a Mammography Technologist Aide to join our team in Maryland. The role supports patient check-in, verification of information, and coordination of appointments to ensure timely care and accurate documentation.

You will assist with workflows, maintain patient privacy, and help with insurance processes while upholding high standards of care. The position requires a High School Diploma, 1 year of medical office experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and a BLS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year of medical office experience.
• Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office work experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, collect copays, and verify all patient information; notify patient arrival and communicate delays.
• Obtain insurance/authorizations and collect signatures; ensure documentation is complete.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Ensure equipment and tools are sterilized in each department before every patient exam.
• Demonstrates respect for patient privacy and safety; safeguard patient information.
