Job summary

SSM Health is seeking a PRN Radiology/Mammography technologist at St. Joseph Hospital, Lake Saint Louis. You will perform imaging exams, position patients, and ensure image quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Required are an ARRT-R and ARRT Mammography credentials (within 12 months of hire), an ARRT credential, a radiology program completion, and an Associate's degree. The role supports imaging services in a dynamic hospital department.

Qualifications

• Completion of Radiology program.
• An ARRT-R credential is required.
• An ARRT Mammography credential is required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters.
• Implements radiation protection and safety standards.
• Prepare, perform and assist the physician in procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media within scope of practice and regulations.
• Ensure high-quality images and proper patient data are recorded in PACS.
