Wellstar is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography to join our team in Avondale Estates, GA. You will perform imaging procedures, position patients, and ensure high-quality studies while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

The role requires ARRT Mammography and Radiography certification, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and adapt to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Accreditied Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT Mammography and Radiography certifications required.
• BLS and instructor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain clinical history and assess contraindications.
• Ensure proper patient identification and correct markers.
• Produce diagnostic-quality radiographs and release patients.
• Respond to emergencies and use critical thinking.
• Assist in other modalities when needed.
