Temple Health – Temple University Health System seeks an experienced Mammography Manager to lead daily operations of the Mammography Department. You will supervise both technical and clerical staff at Chestnut Hill Hospital and ensure examinations meet MQSA, state, and Joint Commission standards.

You will coordinate scheduling with referring physicians, maintain accreditation, and manage payroll, attendance, and budgets. The role requires leadership in a dynamic imaging service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of AMA approved Radiology program is required.
• 5 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist is required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• RT(M) radiologic technologist certification is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage the daily operations of the Mammography Department.
• Supervise Mammography technical and clerical staff at Chestnut Hill Hospital.
• Ensure quality of examinations and coordination with physicians and radiologists.
• Maintain MQSA, state and Joint Commission compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll and attendance records.
• Participate in capital planning and annual budgets.
