Temple Health is seeking a Mammography Manager to oversee daily operations of the Mammography Department at Chestnut Hill Hospital. The role includes supervising technical and clerical staff, coordinating scheduling with physicians, and ensuring ACR Accreditation, MQSA, state, and Joint Commission compliance.

The incumbent will manage payroll and attendance, assist in capital planning and budgeting, and act as Manager in their absence, maintaining efficient workflows and high-quality exam

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• AMA approved Radiology program completion (Required)
• 5 years experience as a Mammography Technologist (Required)
• 1 year supervisory experience (Preferred)
• RT(M) license (Required)
• BLS (Required)

Responsabilidades

• Manages the daily operations of the Mammography Department and supervises technical and clerical staff.
• Coordinates scheduling of examinations with referring physicians and radiologists.
• Ensures ACR Accreditation, MQSA, state and Joint Commission requirements are met.
• Maintains employee work schedules, attendance and payroll records; arranges workflow accordingly.
• Assists in capital planning and annual budgets; acts as Manager in absence of the Manager.
