Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead all breast imaging activities at the Elliot Breast Health Center and associated sites. The role collaborates with the bone density team and medical leadership to optimize scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.

The position requires ARRT mammography certification, a radiologic technology degree, and five years of imaging experience with management preferred. A strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and patient service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology from AMA-approved school.
• ARRT certification in mammography.
• BLS certification by end of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mammography and Interventional Mammography services.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to manage schedules and workflow.
• Ensure readiness for DNV, FDA, CMS, ACR accreditation and ongoing audits.
• Participate in policy development for Breast Imaging and Bone densitometry.
