Job summary

Mass General Brigham's North Shore Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a part-time Mammographer for 20 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:30am to 6pm, onsite at 81 Highland Avenue.

The Mammographer will perform screening mammography under the Mammography Supervisor, handling designated areas with technical competence. Required licensure in Massachusetts, ARRT mammography (M) registration, and CPR certification are specified.

Job Summary

Part time 20 hours per week! Great for Mothers hours! Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-6pm.

Under the administrative direction of the Mammography Supervisor, the Mammographer performs screening Mammography at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Assumes responsibility for designated areas.

Qualifications

Required effective communication skills/ ability to build rapport with others. Proficiency in using computers and ability to quickly gain competency in various software applications, including hospital specific applications, Microsoft Office, cell phone, pager. Organizational skills to work in an efficient, orderly fashion. Maintain current CPR certification. Preferred One year of mammographer work experience. Required Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology Training program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRC/ ERT) Required. Required Licensure with the Department of Public Health to practice Mammography in the state of Massachusetts required. Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Mammography (ARRT)(M) required. CPR Certification required.
