Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a part-time Mammographer to perform screening mammography under the supervision of the Mammography Supervisor. The 20-hour weekly schedule includes Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:30am to 6:00pm, contributing to high-quality breast imaging in a supportive clinical environment.

Required qualifications include JRC/ERT-accredited Radiologic Technology training, MA DPH mammography licensure, ARRT Mammography (M) registration, and CPR certification.

Job Summary

Part time 20 hours per week! Great for Mothers hours! Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-6pm. Under the administrative direction of the Mammography Supervisor, the Mammographer performs screening Mammography at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Assumes responsibility for designated areas.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills / ability to build rapport with others.
• Proficiency in using computers and ability to quickly gain competency in various software applications, including hospital specific applications, Microsoft Office, cell phone, pager.
• Organizational skills to work in an efficient, orderly fashion.
• Maintain current CPR certification.

Preferred

• One year of mammographer work experience.

Required

• Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology Training program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRC/ERT).
• Licensure with the Department of Public Health to practice Mammography in the state of Massachusetts.
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Mammography (ARRT) (M).
• CPR Certification.

Pay
