Qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (Mon-Fri)

State License Needed: Massachusetts

Pay: Up to $3,300 weekly gross pay, local rates $77/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography procedures according to established protocols.
• Prioritize daily assignments efficiently in a high-volume outpatient environment.
• Maintain clear, accurate patient documentation and ensure proper positioning and exposure settings.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, clinical staff, and administrative teams to deliver seamless patient care.
• Uphold rigorous quality control and radiation safety standards.
• Deliver empathetic, clear communication to maintain patient comfort and trust throughout procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Licensure: Active Massachusetts State License in Radiologic Technology / Mammography.
• Certifications: Active ARRT (R) (M) certification and BLS certification.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to make confident clinical decisions under high volume, maintain organizational rigor, and work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel clinician experience in a high-volume health system or community health network.
• Advanced experience with digital mammography equipment and 3D tomosynthesis.
