Job summary

Cafaro is seeking dedicated part-time Guest Services Officers to support security operations at the Grand Central Mall. You will be responsible for the safety of the facility, staff, tenants, and guests, while delivering high-level customer service.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring surveillance, inspecting access points, and preparing detailed daily documentation. Prior security or related experience is preferred but not required; a valid driver’s license and clean background are

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communications skills.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred but not required.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Clean criminal background and be able to pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the safety and security of the facility, including staff, tenants and guests.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and patrons.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily documentation.
