Job summary

Cafaro Company in Vienna, WV is seeking a part-time Guest Services Officer to help enhance security operations and guest experiences at Grand Central Mall.

You will patrol, monitor surveillance, and assist guests while maintaining safety. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to stand for extended periods are required. This role offers a path to join a long-standing, family-owned retail group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Valid driver's license.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear criminal background and pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the safety and security of the facility, including staff, tenants and guests.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and patrons.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily documentation
