Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in shopping centers or retail environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
• Effective writing and communication skills in public speaking.
• Good working knowledge of budgeting, accounting and financial analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize EBITDA by increasing income sources while controlling expenses.
• Manage net profit programs including Redistribution, Parking Services, and Waste Handling.
• Develop and implement a Strategic Business Plan for the center.
• Maximize leasing results by overseeing local leasing from lead gen to tenant opening.
• Support Leasing Representatives in developing the center's leasing strategy.
• Represent the Company and build relationships with tenants.
• Respond to tenant issues and conduct meetings to discuss marketing and operations.
• Coordinate with security and permit agencies to overcome obstacles delaying tenant construction.
• Work with Security Services to establish a safety program and CEMP.
• Support marketing efforts with a comprehensive plan to boost sales and SBV revenues.
