Job summary

Cafaro is seeking motivated individuals to join our Ohio Valley Mall maintenance team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial duties to keep the mall clean, safe, and well-maintained for customers and staff.

Responsibilities include landscaping, painting, restroom upkeep, snow removal, basic repairs, replacing bulbs and ceiling tiles, and assisting with seasonal décor. We value initiative, safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or janitorial work.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to take initiative in a team setting.
• Commitment to safety and following protocols.
• Reliable with good time management.
• Willingness to perform seasonal tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Landscape interior and exterior areas, mow, trim, and care for greenery.
• Perform painting tasks, including touch-ups and full repaints as needed.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms and common areas.
• Shovel snow and ice from walkways and entrances; apply melting agents.
• Carry out repairs in roofing, plumbing, electrical, and related tasks as directed.
• Replace light bulbs, lenses, and ceiling tiles to maintain proper lighting.
• Assist with seasonal decor setup and weather-related preparations.
