Job summary

Cafaro is seeking motivated individuals to join our Kentucky Oaks Mall maintenance team. You will perform maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial duties to keep common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include landscaping, painting, restroom sanitation, snow removal, and basic repairs, with opportunities to handle seasonal tasks. A safety-conscious, team-oriented mindset is essential for success at Cafaro.

Responsibilities

• Landscape interior and exterior areas, including grass cutting and trimming for a well-maintained environment.
• Perform painting tasks, including touch-ups and full repaints to keep the property looking fresh.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms, ensuring they are sanitary and well-stocked.
• Shovel and remove snow and ice from walkways and entrances, using melting agents as needed.
• Perform repairs (roof, plumbing, electrical) as directed to keep the facility in optimal condition.
• Replace light bulbs, lenses, and ceiling tiles to ensure proper lighting.
• Assist with seasonal tasks like decorating or preparing for weather changes.
