Job summary

Simon Property Group is seeking a facilities custodian for Finger Lakes Premium Outlets to maintain cleanliness of common areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and service bays. Responsibilities include trash removal, restroom upkeep, and operating cleaning equipment.

The role requires the ability to read instructions, lift up to 50 pounds, and work days/evenings/weekends. Safety standards and proper equipment handling are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical School certifications and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspects and patrols the interior and exterior of the facility performing custodial duties.
• Clean and restock restrooms; empty trash; operate a trash compactor.
• Operate janitorial equipment to maintain cleanliness of property.
• Use high-reach or lift equipment for debris removal and cleaning of elevated surfaces.
• Assist other departments during events for cleaning and patrols.
