Job summary

Compass Group USA's Bon Appétit unit in Malibu is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Getty Villa, CA. Location is on-site with open availability including weekends and events. Two years of supervisory experience and strong English/Spanish skills are required, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

You will direct associates on a shift, schedule staff, train teammates, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while delivering guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory and leadership experience is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent English and Spanish speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
