Overview

The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is seeking a Male Spa Attendant to join our team! Located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, known for its surf culture and relaxed vibe, our resort offers luxurious amenities including over 400 rooms, meeting spaces, and multiple dining outlets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve service issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including locker rooms and equipment, following all standards.
• Replenish supplies such as towels, water, and cups.
• Monitor facility use to ensure guest safety.
• Handle financial transactions as needed.
• Perform general spa duties as required.
