The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Male Spa Attendant to join the Spa Team!

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, known for its laid-back vibe and active lifestyle.

The resort spans 175 acres atop a seaside bluff, featuring over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 food and beverage outlets including restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various – must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour plus service charge percentage, based on experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Attendant, you will ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for guests, delivering outstanding service and supporting the resort's financial goals. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and courteously
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility, including locker rooms and equipment
• Replenishing supplies such as towels, water, and cups
• Monitoring facility use for guest safety
• Handling financial transactions as needed
• Performing general spa duties as required
