Job Functions

To provide and maintain the highest standards of customer service, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests, leading to high retention and increased treatment and retail sales for the Mandara Resort Division. Spa attendants check in guests, give guest orientation, and ensure linen towels and beverages are always clean, prepared, and well stocked.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities | Male Locker Room & Lounge

• Maintain a clean, sterilized spa environment
• Manage stockroom, clean, and organize back of house
• Report shortages of inventory related to spa supplies (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
• Launder towels, linens, and bathrobes to ensure adequate stock
• Conduct spa walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness of common areas, locker rooms, and treatment rooms
• Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and submit maintenance requests as needed
• Replenish stock levels, including robes, sandals, towels, and product dispensers
• Check in spa deliveries and verify received items against packing slips

Spa Operations

• Communicate effectively with all service providers, guests, managers, and staff
• Proactively solve problems during guest visits
• Be aware of all targets and incentives

• Excellent client care, guest service, and attention to detail
• Empathy towards clients
• Motivated to sell with a positive attitude, good communication, and organizational skills
• Responsible and dependable

Working Conditions

Spa and retail environment with minimal exposure to dust and noise. Overtime, evening, and weekend work may be required. Ability to work with minimal supervision is necessary.
