Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a friendly Male Spa Experience Attendant (Full Time) to join our team. The resort will feature 127,000 sq ft of event space, 13 dining outlets, a luxurious spa, and a vibrant entertainment district, including two championship golf courses and a short course, offering guests exceptional dining, events, and entertainment options.

This team member will maintain cleanliness throughout the spa and fitness center while providing excellent guest service in a relaxing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare spaces for guest arrival, including cleaning, sanitation, stocking/restocking supplies, and replacing linen.
• Greet guests, providing information and directions as needed.
• Maintain locker rooms, shower areas, vanities, and lounge spaces in sanitary and safe condition.
• Keep guest lounge and deck areas neat and sanitary.
• Ensure spa spaces are clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out of lockers.
• Participate in periodic product inventory.
• Conduct tours of the spa and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and a commitment to a quality guest experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs, and push up to 75 lbs.
• Preferred experience in a Spa, Hotel, Resort, or Gym environment.
