Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a friendly Male Spa Experience Attendant (Full Time) to join our team. This team member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the spa and fitness center while providing superior guest service in an environment of relaxation and comfort.

Responsibilities

1. Prepares spaces for guest arrival, including cleaning, sanitation, stocking/restocking supplies, and replacing linen.
2. Greets all guests, providing information and directions as necessary.
3. Maintains locker room in sanitary and safe condition, including shower areas, vanities, and lounge spaces.
4. Maintains all guest lounge and deck areas in neat and sanitary condition.
5. Ensures spa spaces are neat, safe, and sanitary.
6. Ensures guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary.
7. Participates in periodic product inventory as directed.
8. Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and a commitment to ensuring a quality guest experience in the spa.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 75 lbs.
• Preferred experience in a Spa, Hotel, Resort, or Gym environment.
