National Home HealthCare Inc is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients stay independent at home. The role involves assisting with ADLs, IADLs, providing companionship, and emotional support with a flexible schedule.

You will follow established care plans, monitor health, assist with mobility and transfers, and report changes to the team. Shifts include Monday through Friday with weekend availability, plus benefits described in the listing.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Negative TB test results (within 12 months).
• Pass Minnesota DHS Background Check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English language.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• Positive and compassionate attitude.
• Physical stamina.

• $17 - $21 depending on experience.

• Assist withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.
• SupportInstrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, etc.
• Provide companionship care and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers if needed
• Monitor client health and Report changes in client condition
• Follow established care plans and communicate effectively regarding client needs
