Job summary

Great Oak Senior Care, Inc. is seeking mature, dependable in-home caregivers to support seniors in Edina and Bloomington. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help seniors age safely at home.

Shifts are evenings Monday through Sunday 5pm–8pm, totaling 15–21 hours per week. Requirements include dementia care experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle, background and DMV checks, and TB testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dementia care.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance.

Position Summary

Edina and Bloomington

Hours: 15 - 21 hours per week
