Job summary

National Home HealthCare Inc in Minnesota is seeking caring home health aides to help clients maintain independence at home. You will assist with daily living activities, perform light housekeeping, provide companionship, and monitor health according to care plans.

The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules, paid training, paid sick time and medical leave, a referral program, and 401(k) enrollment starting in August. Join a compassionate team focused on client well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Negative TB test (within 12 months).
• Pass Minnesota DHS Background Check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English language.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• Positive and compassionate attitude.
• Physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Assist withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.
• SupportInstrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, etc.
• Provide companionship care and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers if needed
• Monitor client health and Report changes in client condition
• Follow established care plans and communicate effectively regarding client needs
