Job summary

National Home HealthCare Inc in Minnesota seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients at home with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and emotional support. You will work under established care plans and communicate client needs to the team.

We offer a flexible schedule (full-time and part-time), paid time off, training, and a 401(k) enrollment option starting in August.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Negative TB test results (within 12 months)
• Minnesota DHS Background Check
• Well-organized and reliable
• Positive and Compassionate attitude
• Physical stamina

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.
• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, etc.
• Provide companionship care and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers if needed
• Monitor client health and report changes in client condition
• Follow established care plans and communicate effectively regarding client needs

Pay:

• $17 - $22 depending on experience.
