National Home HealthCare Inc is hiring caregivers, PCAs, HHAs and CNAs to support clients in the Twin Cities area (St. Paul, Roseville, Maplewood, Woodbury, Oakdale). Roles include full-time and part-time with flexible schedules, perfect for students or those seeking a second job.

The positions involve assisting clients with daily activities, meals, shopping, and home upkeep, with pay ranging from $16 to $22 per hour depending on experience and hours worked. Office HQ in Oakdale, MN.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as personal care assistant preferred.
• Committed to health & safety.
• Able to do housework and cooking.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Physical stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Negative TB screening results within last 12 months.
• Must pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Support clients who can’t move on their own.
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat, etc.
• Cook meals according to customer restrictions.
• Help customers with shopping.
• Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
• Provide emotional support.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.

We have flexible schedules that are perfect for college students, those looking for a second job, stay-at-home moms looking to make some extra money while kids are at school, and those who want to work full-time.

Pay: $16 - $22 depending on experience.

Higher rates of pay available for more hours and willingness to travel to several clients!
