Buff City Soap is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cedar Falls to lead a Makery team and drive strong client-centric service. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and help meet sales goals with a focus on maintaining a clean, energetic store environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, with five days per week and a 30–45 hour schedule depending on status. Previous retail leadership is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Skilled Trainer, motivator, and leadership qualities desired.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily Makery operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example and foster a client-centric experience.
• Maintain a professional, clean Makery environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching.
• Manage stock of raw materials and finished goods.
• Generate sales reports and assist with Makery functions.
• Support Store Manager in revenue and expense control.
• Work nights and weekends; five days per week with 30–45 hours.
