Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking a Make-Ready team member to prepare apartments for new residents. You will work with the Property Manager to restore vacated units to market-ready condition through cleaning, minor repairs, and painting.

The role requires hands-on work, dependability, and the ability to handle physical tasks. A valid driver’s license and a personal toolkit are preferred assets for the position.

Qualifications

• General labor experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet the physical demands of the job.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used for cleaning, minor repairs, painting, and moving out tenants.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Property Manager, you'll be responsible for returning vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard. This includes cleaning, minor repairs, painting and ensuring each unit is move-in ready. Additional duties may be assigned by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of general labor and/or skilled trades experience
• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands of the job
• Proficiency with tools and equipment, including vacuums, buffers, ladders, hand tools, carpet cleaners, and more
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Own set of tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required
