Job summary

Tonti Properties in Dallas is seeking a dependable Make-Ready teammate who takes pride in a job well done. You'll prepare vacated apartments for new residents by cleaning, performing minor repairs, and painting to meet our standard.

Working closely with the Property Manager, you will handle tools, lift, and physical tasks, with growth opportunities in a supportive environment and benefits as part of our maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general labor and/or skilled trades experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands of the job.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment, including vacuums, buffers, ladders, hand tools, carpet cleaners, and more.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own set of tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Your Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for returning vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard. This includes cleaning, minor repairs, painting and ensuring each unit is move-in ready. Additional duties may be assigned by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.
