Tonti Properties is hiring for a Make-Ready role. You will work closely with the Property Manager to restore apartments after tenants move out, including cleaning, repairs, and painting to meet move-in standards.

We value dependable, hands-on individuals with attention to detail and the ability to work toward deadlines. A valid driver’s license and your own tools help a lot.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general labor and/or skilled trades experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands of the job.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment including vacuums, buffers, ladders, hand tools, carpet cleaners and more.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.
• Own set of tools is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Return vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard.
• Perform cleaning, minor repairs, painting and ensure move-in readiness.
• Follow directions from Property Manager/Director of Maintenance or Regional Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for returning vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard. This includes cleaning, minor repairs, painting and ensuring each unit is move-in ready. Additional duties may be assigned by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.
