Job summary

Otterbein University is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Maker Space at the Point in Westerville, OH. The role supports supervising student staff, project management, events, and industry relations under the Executive Director. You must be able to work at least one evening per week.

This part-time position offers a 20-hour work week with tuition waiver and bi-weekly stipend, starting in the Spring. Collaboration with the Point and Otterbein Professional Development is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; acceptance into Otterbein/Antioch graduate program.
• Preference given to MBA students; local residence during classes.
• Strong project management, customer service, and sales experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervising student staff and coordinate Maker Space operations.
• Support project management, invoices, payments and memberships for The Point.
• Greet members, give tours, schedule staff, and manage events and training sessions.
• Maintain records using financial and project tools and update member pages.
