Job summary

Rising View in Bellevue, NE is seeking a COM (Change of Occupancy) Manager to oversee the make-ready process for approximately 2,000 homes near Offutt AFB. You will lead a team responsible for preparing homes between residents, coordinating maintenance and grounds work, scheduling vendors, and ensuring homes are ready to meet move-in expectations.

• Minimum of three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead make-ready processes to ensure move-ins meet standards.
• Supervise COM technicians and grounds staff, set expectations, monitor quality.
