Richmark Properties Inc. is seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team in Dallas, TX. You will prepare vacant units for new residents, complete basic work orders, and maintain pools and grounds to keep the property presentable.

The role requires providing your own tools, a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic suitable for independent or team-based work. Prior Make Ready experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Make Ready Technician preferred; basic knowledge of general repair and maintenance required.
• Must provide own tools for daily use.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform unit turns/make readies to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of pools
• Keep property grounds clean and well-maintained
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and regulations
