Job summary

Richmark Properties Inc. is seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team in Wichita Falls, TX. You will prepare vacant units for new residents, perform basic work orders, and support pool and grounds upkeep.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a willingness to provide your own tools. A valid driver's license is preferred and safety/quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Make Ready Technician preferred; basic knowledge of general repair and maintenance required.
• Must provide own tools for daily use.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform unit turns/make readies to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of pools.
• Keep property grounds clean and well-maintained.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and regulations.
