Job summary

Richmark Properties Inc. is seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team in San Angelo, TX.

You will prepare vacant units for new residents, perform basic repair tasks, and assist with pool maintenance and groundskeeping to keep the property presentable. Requirements include prior Make Ready experience is preferred, own tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Make Ready Technician preferred; basic knowledge of general repair and maintenance required
• Must provide own tools for daily use
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
