Elliron Residential in Manvel, TX is seeking a Make Ready/Porter to prep vacant apartments for move-in and keep the grounds and common areas inviting.

You will haul trash, remove old flooring, perform light repairs, move appliances, and assist with turnover walkthroughs to ensure units meet standards.

Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and collaborate with the maintenance team will fit well.

Qualifications

• Prior make-ready, porter, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Reliable, punctual with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in, hauling trash and debris and removing old flooring.
• Assist with light repairs, touch-up paint, and cleaning to reach make-ready standard.
• Move appliances and materials during turnovers and support turnover walkthroughs.
• Walk the property daily to maintain grounds, remove trash, and address debris.
• Operate equipment safely and support team across departments as needed.
