Job summary

Elliron Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready/Porter in Manvel, TX to keep vacant units turnover-ready and maintain curb appeal. You will split time between preparing apartments for move-in and upkeep of common areas, with emphasis on reliability, safety, and teamwork.

The role involves lifting, outdoor work in varying conditions, and supporting maintenance staff to ensure high standards of property appearance for residents.

Qualifications

• Prior make-ready, porter, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in and assist with turnover tasks.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal, remove debris, and support light landscaping.
• Deliver notices and keep maintenance shop organized.
• Operate equipment safely and assist maintenance/community team as needed.
