Job summary

LYND is seeking a Maintenance Make Ready, Porter, Groundskeeper in Houston to support a property team. You will prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status, maintain the grounds, models, and units, and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents.

Duties include gathering tools, trashing out units, carpet care, minor electrical/plumbing work, painting, landscaping, pool upkeep, and after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Previous make-ready work at a residential property.
• Familiar with federal, state, and housing regulations (Fair Housing).
• Able to lift 25+ pounds and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Receive make-ready assignments and gather tools and supplies.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status and clean grounds.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and landscaping tasks.
• Handle pool maintenance and general grounds upkeep; respond to service calls.
