You will assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance while ensuring professional interaction with residents and staff. Employment emphasizes teamwork and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least one year of make-readies/groundskeeper experience.
• Provide/use of own tools.
• Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents and staff.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in turnovers/make-readies of vacant units.
• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Grounds work such as trash pickup and light landscaping.
• Assist with maintenance tasks: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative maintenance.
