Job summary

Tipton Asset Group is seeking a Make Ready Specialist in San Antonio, TX for a 260-unit property. You will maintain the overall upkeep of the community and ensure readiness of vacant units for residents.

Responsibilities include turnovers, being on-call for emergencies, basic grounds work, and assisting with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventive maintenance. Equal Opportunity Employer. Benefits include insurance and 401K with employer matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience.
• Must be able to provide your own tools.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in turnovers/make-readies of vacant units.
• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Perform grounds work such as trash pickup and light landscaping.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventive maintenance.
