Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare apartments for new residents at Trinity Apartments in Irving, TX. You will perform painting, cleaning, minor repairs, and general maintenance to ensure units are move-in ready and meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards.
• Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed.
