Job summary

Hilltop Residential in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Make Ready Technician to inspect vacated apartments and complete make ready checklists to Hilltop Residential standards. You will also assist with building and common area maintenance and manage related work orders.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, 1+ years in general maintenance, and ability to work weekends. EPAHVAC certification is a plus and Hilltop may sponsor training for professional development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification is a plus and may be pursued with company support.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make ready checklists.
• Ensure make readies meet Hilltop Residential standards.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Inspect for damage to walls, doors, blinds, lights, and plumbing fixtures.
• Support preventative maintenance program and property equipment upkeep.
• Must be able to paint and assist in keeping grounds neat.
