Job summary

Hilltop Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician for Lakecrest Apartments. You will inspect vacated units, complete make-readies to standard, and help with maintenance and grounds to keep the property in top condition.

The role requires 1+ years of maintenance experience, a valid license, flexible weekends, and on-call rotation. EPA certification is a plus, with potential support for certification as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
• EPA license is a plus
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification encouraged and may be supported for development

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make ready checklists.
• Complete make readies equal to Hilltop Residential standards.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Hilltop Residential standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Inspect vacant apartments for damage to walls, doors, blinds, lights, and plumbing fixtures.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
• Must be able to paint.
• Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
