Job summary

The Make Ready Technician will help prepare vacant units to Hilltop standards, inspect for damages, and support preventative maintenance across properties.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for weekends. EPA certification is a plus and the company may assist with certification as part of

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation.
• EPA license is a plus; certification possible with employer support.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make ready checklists.
• Complete make readies to Hilltop Residential standards.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Hilltop standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Inspect vacant apartments for damage to walls, doors, blinds, lights, and plumbing fixtures.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
• Must be able to paint.
• Keep grounds neat and free of litter.

Responsibilities
