Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to restore vacated apartments to market-ready status in a timely manner. The role requires at least one year of full-time related experience, strong English communication, and a willingness to perform all tasks with reliability and safety awareness.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, making them ready for move-ins, handling light repairs, and assisting with trash-out and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work on call and extended hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete the make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins and check lights.
• Repair or replace windows, doors, fixtures, appliances as needed.
• Assist with trash-out and moving heavy items.
• Perform exterior repairs and painting as requested.
