Job summary

TIPTON ASSET GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Make-Ready Technician for Casa Del Sol, TX. You will maintain the overall maintenance and appearance of the apartment complex, perform turnovers for vacant units, and handle 24-hour on-call emergencies.

You’ll assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative tasks. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience, and own tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience.
• Provide or use of own tools.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in turnovers/make-readies of vacant units.
• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Perform grounds work: trash pickup and light landscaping.
• Assist with maintenance: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative.
